Sales & Marketing Executive  - Ace Sonic Communication Sdn. Bhd

Responsibilities

•     To promote and market Outdoor sales
•     To perform corporate market penetration by presenting and promoting company products
•     To execute sales acquisition in achieving company’s set goals and quota
•     To manage and increase existing sales account
•     To generate sales proposals and reports
•     To ascertain accomplishments of invoice, billing and collection for all secured contracts.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Higher.
• Capable of using Microsoft Office software for marketing and daily activity.
• Previous sales experience will be an advantage but not essential as sales and product training will be provided.
• Self-motivated, committed, customer focused and result oriented.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess own car with valid driving license.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Assistant Manager - Credit Control (Johor)  - Tropicana Corporation Berhad
Responsibilities

• Ensure timely issuance of billings, official receipts and statements.
• Follow up on all reminders and termination notice as per the credit policy.
• Assist in formulating the content of SPA & DMC with panel lawyer.
• Ensure that all the data in the Accounting system is accurate and close account on a timely basis during month end.
• Monitor workflow in the Credit Control Department and ensure all tasks are done according to established procedure.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Studies / Finance & Accounts / Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in collection and credit control department.
• Preferably existing IFCA/MHW (WIZ) user.
• Possess strong analytical, planning and problem solving and communication skills.
