Education Consultant  - Raffles College of Higher Education Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities

• Responsible to counsel and provide advice, guidance and information on admissions/ enrolment requirement to prospective and existing students on courses offered by the College.
• To deliver quarterly enrolments targets and provide excellent pre & post sales service.
• Drive lead generation and follow up with a view to closure.
• Participate in marketing events such as talks, education fairs, workshop and other marketing or promotional events.
• Manage the enquiries, ensuring all emails, calls and walk-ins are responded promptly and in professional manner.
• Maintain consistent contact with students throughout the enrolment process and achieve defined sales objectives.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Education institution.
• Good command of English and Mandarin language.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
• Chinese candidates preferred.

Mindset & Skills Candidates Must Possess:

• Being a result oriented self-starter with good time management skills.
• Candidate must display superior interpersonal skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in courteous and professional manner.
• Creative, resourceful and customer focus.
• Strong team player, excellent planning, coordinating and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in counselling and closing sales.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours.
