Responsibilities

This role will support the Tetra Pak Technical Service Department which provide Packaging, Filling and Distribution Solutions to the customers in Food & Beverage industry. This role will drive and improve customer’s operational efficiency through the effective resolution of technical issues, proactive sale /delivery of service products and focus on continuous improvement.

    Job Function:

• Responsible to manage and support Key Accounts and customers in Food & Beverages Manufacturing industry
• Set, monitor and follow up on sales and profitability targets for technical services solutions
• Liaise between Clients and Technical Engineers to troubleshoot technical errors for machine.
• Identify opportunities based on good understanding of the customers business to help maximize productivity.
• Pro actively monitor customer's operational performance and drive resolution of customer issues through effective communications
• Hold regular operational meetings with the Clients to review performance based on KPIs and identify actions to maximize system performance.
• Maintain regular communication with the Clients and manage their expectations
• Work closely with the Field Service Engineers and Technicians to ensure smooth service level delivery to Clients
• Plan, monitor and follow up on maintenance activities.

Requirements

The Successful Applicant:

• To be based in Malaysia, our client is looking for successful Malaysian or returning Malaysian
• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing Technical / Maintenance Services preferably from Packaging, Manufacturing, Heavy Equipments or Industrial sectors
• Proven track record in marketing Technical Services Solutions to Corporate Key Customers
• Operational experience to manage services contracts and technical solutions with strategic business acumen mindset.
• Proactive drive resolution of customers issues through effective communication with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and attend to customers inquiries or resolve operational issue
